Terms of service
We ship to all of Spain (Mainland, Balearic Islands, and Canary Islands) and Portugal using the MRW courier service, although certain products may be shipped via other courier companies.
In the SALE section, a period for the promotion will be specified, or otherwise, it will last until stocks of the products run out.
Free shipping applies to Mainland Spain. For more information, please review the “Shipping and Returns Information” section. Customs duties, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer. Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla are at the customer’s expense, and the corresponding VAT will be deducted.
Prices in our store include 21% VAT (except for orders from VAT-exempt zones, where the displayed price does not include VAT).
Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the order within fourteen calendar days from the day after receipt of the order, by notifying Etriboo Sports, S.L. using the withdrawal form, clearly identifying the name and address to which the return should be sent, as well as contract and party identification details. Etriboo Sports, S.L. is obliged, under the applicable law, to refund the full amount without withholding any costs. Once the withdrawal decision is communicated, the company has an additional fourteen calendar days to process the refund.
The burden of proof is two years.

Returns, Claims, Warranty, and Invoice Policy
Returns must include original packaging and the product in perfect condition. The delivery note or invoice issued by Etriboo Sports, S.L. serves as the manufacturer’s warranty, effective from the day of delivery to the buyer’s address.
For refunds, the customer must return the product to Etriboo Sports, S.L. within 14 business days after receiving the order, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For product replacements, Etriboo Sports, S.L. will provide a replacement item in perfect condition once the returned product has been received and inspected.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless the consumer explicitly requests otherwise and provided no additional costs are incurred by the consumer.
Claims
For damages caused during shipping, returns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
No claims or responsibility will be accepted for products differing in quantity or specifications unless the buyer notifies Etriboo Sports, S.L. via email within 7 business days of receipt.
For manufacturers offering direct support and warranty services, the buyer must contact them directly for any claims.
Warranty
All our products come with a 3-year warranty.
The warranty for products sold by Etriboo Sports, S.L. is provided under Law 23/2003 of July 10 on consumer goods warranties, which allows consumers options to demand repair or replacement if the goods do not conform to the contract, unless such actions are impossible or disproportionate.
Products offered by Etriboo Sports, S.L. are top brands and high quality. They are not "B" or display items. Products are sealed by suppliers and manufacturers unless explicitly stated that a product has been inspected or subject to routine checks.
In the event of non-conformity, the buyer has two years from delivery to enforce their rights. Within the first six months, non-conformity is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery; for the remaining 18 months, the buyer must prove that the goods were non-conforming, in accordance with Article 9 and following of the mentioned law.
The responsibility of Etriboo Sports, S.L. for non-conforming goods extends to issues appearing within two years from delivery. The customer must report non-conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.
Commercial Warranty: Manufacturers may offer additional warranties with terms varying by product and brand. These are the responsibility of the manufacturer.
The seller is legally obliged to deliver goods conforming to the sales contract as defined by the law. According to Article 4, the seller is responsible for any non-conformity at delivery and the consumer may request repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination.
Warranty Start Date: The warranty begins on the day of delivery.
Warranty Exclusions
Warranty is void in cases of:

Incorrect use, handling, or maintenance by the customer.

Incorrect repair, modification, or upgrade by the customer.

Damage, removal, or concealment of identification labels from Tarifairforce.com or the manufacturer.
Defects caused by external factors, accidents (especially electrical), wear, or non-compliance with Etriboo Sports, S.L. instructions are excluded.
Products modified or repaired by the customer or unauthorized third parties, as well as products under specific support contracts, are excluded.
Shipping Damage: Etriboo Sports, S.L. is not responsible for errors or breakages during shipping.
These warranty conditions do not affect statutory consumer rights under applicable national law.
