RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns

Return Eligibility:
Items purchased online can be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Return shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer and may vary depending on the country. Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., a defective item).

Non-returnable Items:
We do not accept returns of perishable products such as magazines, books, maps, swimwear, gift cards, or similar items.

Customers are responsible for shipping the return. Once the product is received, Etriboo Sports, S.L. will cover the cost of shipping a replacement item if the product is defective.

Returned items must be properly packaged. Etriboo Sports, S.L. is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging.

How to Request a Return:
Access your orders, click on the return link, and request your return in just a few steps. Once your return request is confirmed, you will receive a label by email to attach to your return package and drop off at the selected collection point.

Return shipping costs depend on the country and region:

  • Mainland Spain – €3.90

  • Balearic Islands – €5.00

  • Canary Islands – €10.00

  • Portugal – €4.00

  • Germany – €7.50

  • Canada – €20.00

  • United States – €14.00

  • France – €10.00

  • Italy – €10.90

  • United Kingdom – €17.00

  • Europe – €7.50

Returns During Promotions:
During Black Friday, the return period for items is extended to 60 calendar days.

In-Store Returns:
Items purchased online can also be returned in person at our physical store. Please bring your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective.

Estimated Refund Processing Time:
Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Processing time may vary depending on the bank or credit card issuer.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have not received your refund yet, please check with your bank, as processing may take several days. If the refund has been issued but not received, contact our Customer Service at info@tarifairforce.com.

Sale Items:
Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale items are non-refundable.

Customers cover shipping costs unless the item is defective.
We only replace items free of charge if they are defective or damaged.

VAT and EU Taxes

  • Spain: 21% VAT applies.

  • European Union: VAT is based on the destination country.

  • UK, US, Switzerland, and International Customers: No VAT or additional taxes are charged at checkout, but customs duties and taxes will apply upon arrival.

  • United Kingdom: 21% VAT + 2.5% customs duty.

  • United States: Imported goods are subject to duties if the value exceeds USD 800.

European Union Online Dispute Resolution Platform

According to Article 40.5 of Law 7/2017 of November 2, which incorporates Directive 2013/11/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of May 21, 2013, on alternative dispute resolution for consumer disputes into Spanish law:

"Businesses that conclude online sales or service contracts, as well as e-commerce platforms or online marketplaces, must include on their website a link that provides easily identifiable and direct access to the European Union Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform referred to in Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of May 21, 2013."
